The 48-year-old Swiss and Brazilian Daniel Krattinger has many years of experience in water and adventure sports such as mountain biking and paragliding. He learned snowboarding and skating from his father back in 1982. Windsurfing and sailing were added in 1989, and in 2016 he embarked on a solo journey, sailing from the North Sea in Germany to Africa and then to Brazil, mainly in the Amazon. He started kitesurfing in 1997, but surfing, which began in 1991, became his favorite sport and was decisive in his move to Nazaré in 2023 to catch the biggest wave of his life.

Born and raised in Bratislava, Slovakia,
I graduated from a business academy and began studying interior design at a university in London. From an early age, I've been interested in wildlife, nature, and sports photography. Later, I worked for Canon, where I bought my first camera and started traveling to Africa to photograph wildlife, which convinced me to travel more. I started working for myself to have freedom and focused on creating designs for various brands. In 2021, I visited Nazaré for the first time and fell in love with this beautiful little town and big-wave surfing, which I didn't even know existed in such extreme conditions and with such massive waves. Watching from the cliff surfers on the waves and seeing what the human body and determination of a surfer can achieve was incredible for me. This convinced me to learn more about the surf world and videography in general.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Lourival Barreto is a business consultant with extensive experience launching projects and coordinating operations across different niches and sectors. As an Operations Director, he works with various companies, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing strategies in key areas.
He is known for his ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and distributors and his skill in coordinating the integration of products, services, production, and pricing within business projects.
With solid expertise in business development, corporate finance, budgeting, import/export, product development, logistics supervision, commercial expansion, and event planning and logistics, Barreto has proven to be a leader capable of optimizing operations and achieving strategic goals.

Todd Hansen
With a lifelong passion for adventure and filmmaking, Todd has dedicated a large part of his life to traveling the world and capturing its beauty. After escaping the throngs of Hollywood, where he spent 20 years in Film & TV production, Todd has pulled his focus to shooting the monsters of Nazaré. From the back of a ski to the cliff and to the skies, there is nowhere he isn't willing to go to get the shot.

LAURA & RENNAN PRESENT: THE BIG WAVE GRAND PRIX
Laura Chichorro Tolentino is a dedicated athlete and professional spotter, known for her passion for physical fitness and mental resilience. She began her journey at 19, moving to Guarujá, where she trained under Teco Shinzato in functional training. Two years later, Laura earned her degree in Physical Education, applying her knowledge through years of work as a personal trainer and functional training instructor.
Today, Laura focuses on her role as a spotter for the Go BIGGER team, where her expertise in breath control, yoga, and physical conditioning plays a critical role. She integrates advanced techniques like swimming with apnea and boxing training under Master Felipe Fagundes, maintaining peak physical and mental performance.
Laura enjoys swimming and paddling at Marina Porto Do Sol when she is not performing her professional duties. She also practices the Wim Hof method, a technique she learned from her mentor Humberto Almeida, founder of Mind Reset, incorporating breathwork and ice immersion exercises to stay calm and focused in high-pressure environments—a vital skill in her line of work. Motivated by the desire to continuously push her limits, Laura's holistic approach to health and fitness makes her an essential part of the Go BIGGER team.
Laura is also expanding her reach through a new platform: Laura & Rennan Present The Big Wave Grand Prix, a channel dedicated to documenting the world of big wave surfing as part of the BWGP project, and also 'Train with Laura,' focused on physical training and health."

Rennan Chaves has always liked to admire life in a detailed and unique way. He started to capture the scenes he saw and thought, “I want to remember this forever.” A surfer for fun, a “Caiçara” born and raised on the beach, specializes in lifestyle and images in the water. A photographer and videographer for five years, he won first place in the wave category at the Mercedes-Benz Nazaré Winter Sessions Awards 2023/2024 and second place in the Wipeout category. Rennan's idea is to make art of everything he set out to do.
Achievements: 1st place in wave's category and 2nd wipeout category Mercedes Benz Winter Season Awards as videomaker.
