I’m 31-year-old photographer from Germany, who visited Nazaré the past years. Before and during my studies in applied cognitive & media sciences and

interior design, I had a passion for drawing and developing creative concepts and taking photos. My background in design - which includes editing,

rendering, conception, corporate design, layout, and a lot of customer communication - enables me to realize creative and authentic projects.I love to find inspiration for my work in the environment and emotions that

surround me. I am passionate about photographing and documenting travels, landscapes, wildlife, lifestyle, sports, weddings, and events. My love of photography, traveling and surfing finally led me to surf photography -

this is where my heart lies After visiting Nazaré in 2023 I also discovered a new, very important area. I realized that there were more women than usual

on the water here. So, I wanted to focus more on women in (big wave) surfing and put a spotlight on them and their skills. I want to bring their stories to the forefront and fostering a more inclusive sports culture. Equality in sports isn’t just a goal, it’s a necessity. In December 2023 I talked about this in the podcast “PhotoWeekly” and published stories about women in big wave surfing in the GoldenRide Magazine, The Voyager and on a hot shot article in the PhotoWeekly. Parts of my Big Wave Photography, including Laura Coviellas first big wave in Nazaré, were exhibited in Argentina and El Salvador through Galeria Fülle.

I took jobs for Frauen100, a community based in Berlin, who stand up for women’s rights and visited the “Fußball kann mehr” congress in Hamburg in July this year, where many athletes and board members from various nations were represented. Among others from UEFA, FIFA, Sportfive and HYROX and many more.
